These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Replay service (hereinafter "the Service"), provided by [COMPANY NAME / FULL NAME] (hereinafter "the Provider").
By registering and using the Service, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Replay is a web service that allows users to compare successive versions of structured data files (CSV, XLSX) to identify differences between versions. The Service:
- Allows uploading of tabular files
- Automatically calculates differences between versions
- Presents results visually and in downloadable format (PDF)
- Does not permanently store uploaded files
2. Registration and account
- A valid email address and password are required to access the Service.
- The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.
- The user is responsible for all activities performed through their account.
- Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or sharing credentials with third parties is prohibited.

Prices include VAT where applicable. The Provider reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice.
4. Payments and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- Payment is automatically charged using the chosen payment method.
- In the event of non-payment, access to premium features will be suspended.
- The user can cancel their subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the already-paid period.
5. Acceptable use
The user agrees to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not upload files containing malware, viruses, or illegal content
- Not attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Not overload the Service with excessive automated requests
- Not reverse-engineer the software
6. Data ownership
- The user retains full ownership of uploaded files and generated data.
- The Provider claims no ownership rights over user content.
- The user grants the Provider a limited, temporary, and revocable license to process files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- The Provider does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service.
- The Provider is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
- The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
8. Duration and termination
- The Free plan contract is of indefinite duration.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- The user can delete their account at any time from the "Account" page.
- The Provider may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms, with 15 days' notice except for serious violations.
- Upon account deletion, all user data will be erased within 30 days.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 52-59), consumer users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing, without providing any reason and without penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send explicit communication to the Provider via email at [EMAIL], stating their intention to withdraw from the contract.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exception: If the user has explicitly requested immediate activation of the Service and has consented to the loss of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59(1)(a) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the period already used.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-Service notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code. For disputes with professional users, the competent court is that of [REGISTERED OFFICE CITY].
