These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Replay service (hereinafter "the Service"), provided by [COMPANY NAME / FULL NAME] (hereinafter "the Provider").

9. Right of withdrawal

Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 52-59), consumer users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing, without providing any reason and without penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send explicit communication to the Provider via email at [EMAIL], stating their intention to withdraw from the contract.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exception: If the user has explicitly requested immediate activation of the Service and has consented to the loss of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59(1)(a) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the period already used.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-Service notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code. For disputes with professional users, the competent court is that of [REGISTERED OFFICE CITY].
